A: The biggest variable is the availability of your team. For Operational and Remote Workforce Roadmaps, we are usually able to deliver in two weeks. For Strategic Roadmaps, we meet with many more people, so it may take two to four weeks. Roadmaps that require travel outside of Georgia may require additional time.
A: For Operational and Remote Workforce Roadmaps, we typically provide a 12 to 18 month plan and budget for addressing all relevant items. Strategic Roadmaps look out as far as two to three years.
A: When latent issues in service delivery or cybersecurity build up and force you to consider making a change, you need a deeper understanding of the state of your network before you take your first step. If you simply look for a low-cost vendor that seems more competent than your current one, you may not find out about underlying problems for months or even years.
