Meet Our

Emily Connolly is Rocket IT’s Chief of Staff, overseeing the organization’s recruiting, human resources, and financial functions.

After graduating from Auburn University, Emily started her career in publishing. Through managing editing teams and helping with the production of multiple publications, she realized that her skillset was a perfect fit for Project Management.

Emily joined the Rocket IT team in 2017 as a Project Coordinator, serving as the liaison between the organization’s Professional Services Team and its clients. Through her coordination, customers experienced unmatched communication during the deployment of new technologies and IT services. Because of these efforts, Emily has continued to climb Rocket IT’s ranks, previously serving as both a Project Manager and Professional Services Manager.

In 2020, Emily was appointed to Rocket IT’s Leadership Team where she is committed to helping steer Rocket IT forward as it continues to grow. 

Never one to be afraid of hard work, she thrives in her fast paced, detail oriented, deadline driven role. 

As an ESFJ, Emily loves being able to work with both our internal team as well as externally with our clients. Being the communicator for both sides of the project, she has mastered the art of forward thinking, ensuring customers receive technology that scales alongside their business’s growth. 

Emily most identifies with our core value – Connect with People – because she loves to dive deep with our clients. Technology and business conversations are at the forefront of her communications, but Emily also wants to know about your weekend. She doesn’t ask the question to be pleasant – she genuinely wants to know and build her relationship with our clients, one conversation at a time.
