As one half of Rocket IT’s Service Manager team, Patrick Richardt assists our clients by introducing technical solutions that help fit their individual business needs. Patrick acts as a mentor for our engineers, facilitating a path that allows them to grow their technical knowledge. By sharing his acquired experience and skills, his passion for technology provides his teammates with a foundation to foster their growth. Patrick studied Mechanical Engineering at Georgia State University, but quickly made the leap to Information Technology when working in the industry during his college career.
While at Rocket IT, Patrick has risen through the ranks, holding a variety of technical positions within the organization. Since beginning his career as a Systems Engineer, he has served as an Implementation Engineer to deploy large projects, a Senior Systems Engineer to resolve highly technical customer issues, and most recently he has gained the title of Service Manager. In his current role, Patrick oversees the company’s Client Services Team, and is a proud part of growing Rocket IT and molding its team.
Patrick most identifies with Rocket IT’s core value of HAVE A BLAST! He helps our team and clients THRIVE by ensuring everyone is “good from the top down.” While it is important that our clients’ technology is running smoothly, as an ENTP personality type, Patrick loves being face to face with Rocket IT customers and interacting with people daily. His goal is to make sure our team is happy, confident, and finding the fun in everything.
